PLEASE READ these Terms & Conditions (‘Terms & Conditions’, ‘Terms’, ‘T&Cs’) about this website (‘AP Reviews’, ‘ap-reviews.com’, ‘the Service’) created, owned and administered by Adrian Pallant (‘me’, ‘my’, ‘I’).

ALBUM REVIEWS
This website is dedicated to new or recent recordings which enthuse me, mostly in contemporary jazz and jazz/rock, and which I hope may therefore be introduced to a wider audience. I periodically select albums (usually albums only) that I would like to recommend – either here at AP Reviews or at LondonJazz News (LJN direct link) – subject entirely to my choice, availability, time frame, and without financial gain. Responses to creative music are individual to each listener, so there may be specific reasons why some submissions don’t make it to review – for example, the need for selectiveness due to volume of enquiries received and/or available time, or simply an artistic disconnection. There may be pauses in activity, due to workload, etc. I’m unable to respond to every enquiry.

PUBLISHED MATERIAL AND SERVICE CONTENT
All published material is for information purposes only, reflecting my personal opinion; and, whilst I strive for factual accuracy, this cannot be guaranteed. I reserve the right to change or edit any Service content for whatever reason (normally for purposes of correction or improvement) at my sole discretion, following its original publication.
